Hmm, most bizarre.
You could try launching the game manually (outside of steam), you can find the correct UDK.exe under "\Binaries\Win32\"
Try running it as admin.

I recently downloaded this game on Steam. I installed without any problems that I could see. Whenever I try running the game I get the loading icon on my mouse, and then nothing happens. The game doesn't start and I do not get any sort of crash report/notification. I am really confused as to what is going on. I have tried reinstalling the game, but it did not work. Any solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas! EDIT: It seems after the install, on the first launch setup, it fails on step 3 of this which is something called RKSetup. I still do not get any sort of crash notification with an error code or anything.
