Otherwise if that doesn't help, try running the UE3Redist.exe under the game's "Binaries\Redist\" folder.
Failing that, also manually install Microsoft .NET 4.5

He's update them 1 month ago (Radeon x1600). I said to him to install that file from Redist folder , but this one doesn't work too and .net 4.5 Same |
