|Post subject:||No friend games showing in main menu|
Hi there, I'm having the exact problem I've put in the subject. I bought this game so I could play with my friends overseas but no matter what I do I CANNOT see any friend games in menu. At all. I know there's meant to be a menu showing who's playing so I can join them, but there isn't. I've tried forwarding ports, I've tried opening my firewall, I've tried disabling it entirely, I've tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7, I've tried running it as an admin... and still no luck. Please, could someone help me? I don't know what is wrong, it sucks that I can't play this with friends. If there's no solution I'd like a refund.
**EDIT** I just asked my friends who are currently playing whether I was in game or not. They said no, that Steam thinks I'm playing UDK. So something is wrong here if it thinks I'm playing UDK when I'm playing Viscera. I should also note I've tried validating the files and this still does not fix it - every time I validate them, I have to redownload them. Once I've redownloaded them, the problem happens again.
**EDIT 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO** Yet another update, I thought it important to let you know that when I go to reinstall Viscera Cleanup Duty, it tells me it needs 5461mb for a complete install, yet when it installs the actual size is 1100mb. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

You're listed as playing the UDK in Steam? Not Viscera Cleanup Detail? That's odd and is likely the problem.
Could you find the steam_appid.txt files under the game's "\Binaries\Win32\" folder for me, and tell me what it says in it?
Consider checking the Win64 folder's version as well.
