You have to make sure you got all the files they use downloaded, and also make sure there's nothing blocking UT2004 from accessing the interwebz.

Ive tried disabling my firewall, but it gets stuck on Undex.ut2?

which server is the best and most popular by the way

P.S something ive noticed is that i can connect to the main ut2004 server?

connecting to servers isn't hard however I can't help making your own, there is a few server list written on the moddb page, but it ends there
your best hope is having a more competent person than me to help you for that

I am also not being able to connect to the servers and I have to connect to the servers as the network associated with it has to be perfect. I have also disabled the firewall so that I can connect but that also did not help.
