Okay it's back up and running sooner than estimated, in some form at least*. I had the server rental company do a clean install and then my friend Kaboodles (who is also an admin of the server) used his school connection to re-upload Ballistic 2 (many thanks to him for that). I wanted a clean install for a few reasons. One being I had all kinds of extra stuff on there that was no longer in use and possibly keeping the server from running as smoothly as it could. Anyway thanks again to Kaboodles for helping me get the server back up sooner!

*This was an entirely clean install, so right now the server is not even close to being configured the way I used to have it (voting, etc.). Also all the custom maps are gone for now but those will simply be re-uploaded. Anyway the server will be back to normal or close to it soon.

Some current info:

Server name is now 'Kaboodles's Domain: Ballistic Weapons' - as a joke really because my friend (and 2nd in command admin, lol) Kaboodles seems to dominate games most of the time, at least in our server.

Anyway there are 17 votable games right now and a huge amount of custom maps (mostly DM) so come check it out!

Last time i went on, it started downloading a file called JunkWars sounds... even though i have it. and i'm sure if i didn't abort the opp, it would have downloaded all the JunkWar files. Though i have them perfectly installed. What gives.

Turns out i hadn't installed those Junk war files.

This is now called the Generals Clan server, (both shredd and Kab are Generals). Well in any case here are some more info about the server.

The server is mostly split between time playing Invasion (With lots of cool non-stock monsters) and TAM, ballistics of course. Several weapons have been deemed overpowered and thus removed from game. There are several admins, and some of them are justly harsh in metting out banishment. If anyone wants to know more, just ask.

Ah, good. Someone does the logical thing; think a weapon is too powerful? Just remove it.

On or around July 1st this server will be no more. I am ceasing funding this server. Someone from my former clan (I left the Generals) may eventually start up an entirely new one (fresh install, different IP, everything from scratch, etc.). One more thing,
