my opinion as of how weapons should be categorized regarding Ballistic Weapons selection system is next :

1.[RS04 .45 Handgun] - 2nd category
2.[HMC117] - 5th category
3.[XMB500] - 6th category
4.[EVPC 9000] - 9th or even 0th category
5.[X-83 A1] - 7th category
6.[X5W Blade] - 1st offcourse
7.[Coach Gun] - 3rd category
8.[AH-208 'Eagle'] - 2nd category
9.[The Golden Gun] - 2nd category...

...but who asked for my opinion anyway...anyway this is my 5 cents...
...also dont forget about "Q" category - where translocator is ^_^ ...as this i consider the best category for BFG gun...

well...i tried them all already and i must say i'm a bit dissapointed...but just a bit )) ...well first of all i expected BFG gun to be more deadly really ( i mean in terms of range of destruction and mass kill) ...you know in my opinion this is not what real BFG should be like, to feel like you're using real BFG you should have make range of destruction like 2 large rooms and add some additional effects like ball pulsing while flying killing everything and everyine on its way, then when contacting with any surface make a huge 2 large room diametres green explosion...U4e BFg is still uncomparable...second i expected 12 gauge coach gun to be more deadly you know...it could be much more powerful (aka Serious Sam for example) and it should definetly have more range and less spread...oh and spread should have been more like horizontal rather then vertical (like original m290 shotgun used to have) laso it should've been able to recharge after each shot (you know when you break the barrel in half and then insert two bullets inside) etc....the only what are really like are HMc117 Photon Cannon, those new Mountable Sniper Rifle (almost everything here including design and model itself), Ah208 Desert Eagle and that is all...others are pretty boring sorry ...that is not i'm frustrating or something...not really i appreciate your work and all...but lets just say that is not my cup of tea...unfortunetly
...but on another hand - i must be happy with what i get...yes they maybe not what i expected, yes they were overhyped by me and yes i wanted more...but having those new weapons is like taking some fresh air...so thats not that bad after all...sorry Sgt for all this critics and you're really great moder and i really really appreciate all you've done...and please dont take all i 've said as the personal abuse or any offense...it didnt mean to be like this ! oh and i'm stll waiting fro you to try and mod finally Bow or Crossbow, cause we really need one for BW ! good luck Sgt. !

The coach gun is a short barreled shotgun. It's not supposed to be accurate or good at range. It's supposed to shred people at close range and that's what it does.

Hmm... Have you tried overloading the EVPC 9000? That sure as hell clears rooms.

I like them, and finally, I can enjoy the Pounder pistol without that texture problem! (I couldn't manage to fix it even with that texture patch until I downloaded the V8 version.)

Thanks for the pack Sgt. Kelly!!! I love the light fifty! It's so awesome for cover fire during onslaught! Torlan just got alot better I love the pistols- and the golden gun is ridiculous.
The energy weapons are alright- I dont use them as often since they seem a little overpowered. Out of all of them, I really like the A73-E.
I like how you redid the M30A2 scope

The new Deagle is a beast, and the Golden Gun (New one, not the overpowered GRSX golden gun) has found itself as my primary back-up/sidearm/emergency weapon.

The uber EVPC is now my primary means of dealing death. Tears them apart, and if I'm about to die or nearly out of ammo and hopeless, KAMIKAZE! and take out the entire bloody enemy team!

The photon laser I find to be an excellent AT weapon, very efficient at dealing death to large targets with primary. Secondary can rip up people but is largely inefficient.

New minigun is lovely at holding corridors it's very ammo-efficient and the exploding rounds are very deadly.

Coach gun is good for on-the-run fragging, as one can dash by, fire a double shot & they're dead. Reload, evade their crosshairs some more and get another poor bastard.

Arm blade seems pretty nice. The secondary sometimes instant kills, it seems, not sure if it's from head or chest shots.

Haven't tested the new .45 pistol.

If I was a chick I'd kiss sgt kelly.... but im not..... xP

Bug note: the left hand model for the DEagle appears upside down for me. Is it a bug or just my computer being dumb?

Left hand Eagle? How are you dual wielding it?

Sgt: In the options menu, you can choose that you want to wield the weapons in your left hand, right hand, or in the middle.

Oh... right... Yeah... we weren't gonna talk about that, but since apparently it Is brought up, yes, it is a bug. Its partly the same reason why it isn't dual wieldable, because of that nasty bug.

We know the fix to it, but by the time we found out about it, it was way too near the proposed release date, and we figured another delay would not be fun.

But NEXT release, it will be fixed.

So for now, you can either suffer with an upside down Desert Eagle, or play right handed. Sorry about that.

The few weapons I tried so far were good (the sniper-bipod is so awesome, no recoil or anything >:) ) but somehow it replaces all my energy weapons with the Link Gun :| (though the ballistic-ammo still spawns )

Though with the load-out settings I did mange to use them. My opinion:
The handgun: awesome. Shoots fast, accurate while moving and does very decent damage
The AH208: Pow dead. Also awesome, but I doubt I'll use it much over the other pistols.
the BFG: The bots have srsly trouble not blasting themselves to pieces xd. It's a nice superweapon for sure.
the minigun: Although it really eats up enemies, I can't figure out how to make it mount (the read-me says something about being more accurate while stationary. Though maybe I didn't press the mount-key long enough >_> ) but it's still more accurate than the other minigun. It's his little brother , so to say. Which is good because the default minigun is way to OP to include in my loadout
X-83: Also awesomeness. No recoil sniping ftw. The target-pointer when scoped might be a little OP tho, imo.
Coach gun: It's a cool gun but I found it difficult to use, I will need more time with this one.
The golden gun: I dunno ? It shoots it kills? I only tried on bots , so I don't know if the damage is 9999 or something, it looks and feels like the AH208 in gold to me.

EDIT:I have to share that there is no joy like popping someones head with a upside-down deagle and getting the 'wicked sick' award.

Also,it appears the coachgun is effected too,I have yet to try the new sniper this way.

By the way,You really do need to up the damage on that thing,as it stands it is just plain not worth using with the rev system and not enough damage.

Its still pretty much a work in progress. Lots of things will change.

And I'm not sure about my chainsaw, I probably used something different for how I imported it, but its very likely that it will do the same thing.
