There will be 1 more private Beta release and after that one it will probably be released. Sometimes it's better to wait a bit to then have something good.

Maybe I should agree...

Everybody was waiting impatiently for GTA IV for PC and Clear Sky. The results are that they released it very earlier,but it had way too many bugs that Clear Sky had to make 10 patches and GTA IV had way more complains than Source-made games.

I already have enough beta-testers so you will have to wait untill the release. If it would be an open beta everyone would get the link. But believe me.... It's better to wait a bit

I remember them saying at one point a couple months ago that the pack was delayed. This was because KF went retail and the pack they were making was for KF and for UT2k4- so there would have to be changes to coding, etc, because they wanted to release the packs at the same time.

Well, they mentioned something in their private beta thread, they aren't giving up or abandoning this at all.

Actually I'm thinking about releasing a public beta, as there no big bugs or really annoying things in the pack. So you won't have to wait long. (1-3 days).
And no this never was abondoned at all, we just have lots of things to do. At the moment im in the Army (just 6 months) and fische has lots of things to do for school. So progress is going on quite slow.
We will do our best to release the new beta today however if someone of the private beta testers considers this as a bad idea I will release a private first. (icons and ammo unique ammo pickups are missing, but the weps are fully usable)
