I need it for when it comes to attack at long range. And it actually helps when you aim, well, put it in your shoulder if thats how it acts.

Its not that good for long rang.
And there are weapons that are better suited for long rang.
I'm usually firing it on the fly. But thats just me.

Yeah, you're not going to have much luck attacking things with the RPG-7 at long range. It wasn't designed to be used like that.

I'd recommend switching to a G5 or SM-AT/AA instead of using the sights.

In onslaught, the rpg7 is best used against infantry or light vehicles at short to medium range, and possibly good against huge vehicles like Levathians from a safe distance if you have a considerable team of guys using them, as the missiles are more likely to hit something enormous at that distance. However, the rpg7 is best used in the heat of battle while the heavier anti-armor weapons are better from a safe distance, as ther rpg7 is superior with it's simplicity and short reload times when there is little time to think.

In other words, point blank.

It works long range for me. I need sights.

Make a farcry 2 style scope. Like where the model itself is actually has a zoom. Like the Halo 2 sniper.

The RPG-7 works great, actually i proved it against the "atakapa" (or wtevr you write it) Helicopter, and it get down like a Black Hawk... well, in many movies the Scope of the RPG is like the rocoiless rifle, but in green colour. i love the wep' just like it is... i would really prefer a long range mortair... not like the yellow one (the mountable one (always forget its name)), but a really long range one... that you can't use while transporting... hell... if i got one of those in AS-Grandcanyon2k4, while defending on the last part, beatyfull!

That one!... i love that gun but, wouldn't be better to got a long range mortair, whit first shot: normal shell , the second: the mountable tipe, special: change tipe of shell: Napalm (Like the "fire" grenade) Landmine (like... you shot mines, they land but they dont xplode, the stay there and if someone walk over this Sh$%& ...) and the cluster one (that explodes on mid-air and separates into diferent mini bombs)
i know it might be to hard to do... but just imagine to do not have to plant any mines manually, that you just sit and shot to the spot!... cuatico no les parece?. Or the napalm one... joust imagine a group of enemies runing to your current position and you collect a Napalm shell, mount your mortair and shoot... the you put the scope on and see how the ass%$&*s burn!

I think they plan to make some other guns but that's not for now, Sergeant kelly is also doing some new assault guns.
I think you should post in the Idea zone for weapons, that doesn't mean we will got our desires satisfied (at least this is valuable for any suggestion made here) but the ideas would have least chances to be forgotten.

Heh, yeah. Realistically the rocket barrel would go on top like with the XM29 OICW.

Right now it shoots rockets through the regular bullets.

They can correct this design flaw by putting the front magazine on the side, except if it's a laser rifle, which makes sense

While I'm a realistic-weapons freak, I find that gun, while it seems so unrealistic, powerful and OICW-styled(my hated weapon), I still find it a perfect addition.

I think the rest on the stock and the bit just below the scope should be joined. But that would just be my preference.

The Bren LMG on COD 2 still had iron sights. If i remember correctly, the sights kinda popped out to the side.
