Edit: Installed the update/beta...no weaps showing up (tried the other solutions posted on pg. 160 - bt nothing still). Attempting reinstall of the update again.

2nd Edit: Just so everyone who doesnt know, now knows:
If weaps not loading in game (skins, loadout screen, etc):
Have installed: BW2.5, UT2004 Bonus Mega Pack, then install v10.
The weapons should show up.

Also, that SRAC and the revamp of the M781...holy **** pseudo extra fast firing boltguns ftw. Love it.

A new Weapon Drop

So how are you guys enjoying Weapon Drop 1 so far? As you may have seen via the ModDB link, we've got WD2 prepping for release.

The weapon drop is indeed great so far despite all the minor flaws it has now.
And F' YEAH! My favorite weapon (G36c) is coming to BW. I love the upgraded G36K'ish handguard.

If there's one thing I learned from "Black", is that you can NEVER have too many rails.

Or "high-capacity" magazines.

So fun using RagdollMadness, configuring the stun through the ballistic melee then just whacking bots with that new shotgun then slugging them off.

Can you add parallax effect to the sights, or at least hide the reticles while you are not aiming down sights?

If you mean Depth of Field, then no, we can't do that in this version of the Unreal engine, unfortunately.

Same thing goes for the holosight and reflex sight reticles. I'd love to make them realistic so that you can only see them when they're properly lined up, but that's out of the scope of our tech. I may tinker with it, but no guarantees.

Can you make it so the reticle appears on the center of the screen when you aim?

All reticles are centered.

I mean change the reticle when you aim, and change it back to normal, when you aren't. Like it has a standard crosshair and any empty plexy without aiming, and when you press your aim button the sight is centered, and the reticle appears in place of the crosshair.

So making the crosshair a 'fake' holosight aim dot? I like the idea.

I think it could work. Maybe make the deviance low enough that it doesn't leave the window, and make it point, where the barrel, like a laser, if you can.

Also the knife looks like it has a grenade pin. It should explode. It needs to explode. Grenadeknife takes your life!

I have an other idea for the sights: make the reticle an invisible front sight that you can only see from behind the plexi.
