Thanks a bunch...

I did try the other packs available and some of them did have features I really liked (third person animations, built in third person cam etc, etc...) but for some reason the guns felt...."wrong"....can't put it into words but it just didn't scratch that itch this pack does...

The third person animations are only available with TOWP + ballistic fix or Ballistic Pro or Ballistic Weapons Extreme

Sergeant kelly's as well as stock BW 2.5 doesn't have them

did get a couple of doubles in the weapon list and the ICIS being in the sniper section (wich I thought was odd) but I ran a game and it didn't capsize and all weapons were present so thanks !

Sorry to be posting on an old thread, but it looks like it's still being used so I'm gonna give this a shot. I'm kind of desperate at this point....

I've searched this forum and many others, all over Google, Bing, and Yahoo, and still haven't found any solution, so forgive me if I'm asking a redundant question. Now to the point.

My problem is this: When I run SKBP v10 with WD Main alone, and with WD Expansion, I can run the game in any kind of match, including Ballistic Mod match modes, for any amount of time. Until I, scuse my language, cheat. As soon as I enter the "reloaded" cheat it crashes with an error window saying usually a "random" item and the infamous words "Infinite Script Recursion".

Now I have done some reading and I see that alot of people had luck with deleting the "BWCache.ini" file in the "System" folder, however no such luck has come my way. So then I read somewhere here (I've seen so many pages, I don't remember where now ??? ) that "Unofficial Ballistic Fix" helps. Well, I can't confirm that or not because when I launch a game match with BWFix, SKBP v10 weapons do not load, however they are visible in the weapon database in the options menu. They also do not show in "Loadout" menus (nor in evolution). BW Configuration in the Mutators menu also doesn't show them in the "swapping" tab.

I know the development has stopped, or as far as I know, so I'm more or less asking if it's possible to get both BW Fix and SKBP v10 working together, or why I'm getting the script recursion error to begin with as it seems that no one else is having this issue, or at least commonly. Any help would be greatly appreciated and though I'm a noob at UT modding itself, I am a modder so long solutions are appreciated as well. Anything that will help really, just please keep in mind idk UT modding terminology or neccassarily how the files talk to one another beyond the basics. Thank you kindly and I'll end this post with some info in case it's relevant:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
RAM: 6 GB (3X2GB, dual port)
UT2004 version: 3369 with ECE
BWM Main Version: 2.5
BWFix Version: 2.5
Note: All previous versions of BWBP were removed and clean install attempted seperately; neither helped

P.s. I might be slow to respond, I don't have WiFi and live in the country with extremely unreliable hotspot service. I'll do my best.

EDIT: Some additional info if it helps, when configuring the "Ballistic Arena" Mutuator the missing weapons are selectable under the "Non-BW" category.

Also, I'm aware now that BWFix and SKBP v10 are not compatible with eachother. I'm wondering if there's a way to make them compatible.

EDIT 2: Idk how I skipped the page but I just saw the post regarding Az... Azea... The maker of BWFix on pg 171. Touchy subject... So moving on, is there a way to stabilize the "reloaded" cheat without BWFix?

BW Fix doesn't support SKBP; the bug is about the too many weapons that the game can't handle and make it crash is normal.
This pack is stopped (paused ?) but others are still being made

I made a tutorial telling what version of BW supports what including unofficial stuff
Runestorm have bring their latest update around 2012 which despite not having fixed all the bugs stabilized a lot of things. You have to wait to see some other unofficial mods to come.
That's just what I can tell

Okay cool, that helps a lot actually. Funny thing is even without the "reloaded" cheat, it still crashes in a few minutes with the same ISR error. Which actually makes perfect sense, sense it's the amount of weapons overloading the engine that's causing the error. Okay, well I think I'll revert to BW 2.5 + SKBP v9 and check out other stuff and hopefully not overload the engine with too many other things. Thanks a lot for the help, cheers! :)

Just to help, the old versions of BW Fix from 2013 seem to work for me with SKBP(10.044 WD)
but not with TOWP. So it's possible to play with BW FIX+SKBP. Also, i'm using TitanRPG
and Invasion Pro gametype, which seem to support BW, for example you get BW magical weapons. Playing Invasion with all these mods is godly!!

By any chance does anyone have a download link to Sgt kelly's Weapon pack Ver 10? the one that contains the Ak490 and MJ51 carbine? this is the only weapon pack i can't find anywhere out there and would highly appreciate it anyone could post a download link!

well special without scope is what mounts it.
But you might remove the ballistic weapons ini files because that's probably whet locks certain functions
however you will have to redo all the mod setup
