My thoughts on the entire thread.

The art is good in most cases, and comments have been useful in the autonomy and what not, but I can't stand it when people go mental just because anthros are used. I've looked at all the pictures and there's nothing really risqué about them - Sonic dosen't wear any clothes, yet are the media trying to censor him? No is the answer, even with Rouge the Bat and her slightly suggestive clothes.

Please, anyone who cannot except that, just don't come back to this thread.

Hey, take it easy there. Everyone is entitled to thier own opinion and are allowed to post them. No one has attacked anyone else here for their preference of art.

People can come back to this thread if they want. Please don't make a big deal over this, as so far no controversy has risen.

Sorry, it's just that I've seen a lot of prosecution towards those who draw in this style, and for no-good reason either. I just don't want this to turn into 4Chan, ya know?

Yeah, I understand completely, was a bit worried about that awhile ago myself, but I stopped worrying long ago.

Plus I can handle any problems that appear personally, 'tis what I'm here for.

In other news, I'm TRYING to plan on a new picture to create myself... but I need a lot of time to get a good screenshot in UT for reference. Give it a little bit of a twist with the idea of actually fighting characters, and not just anthros. Might throw a GH2 ref in there for the hell of it. lol

i would like to see drawings of people instead of furries..... its just so awkward looking, animals with human shaped bodies holding M50's lol. yeah its art and it looks interesting but i think a detailed man or a woman(or some alien creature) would be more suited for the BW look. well im just not an aimie person..... the art is cool though

Ahem...ive been not on recently (like you noticed) the main reasons are 1. Im lazy, 2. Scanner died and i fixed it, 3. dog peed on other picure 4. got my job back wich technicaly i never lost i just never went to work. 5.Command and Conquer 3 stole my soul for a little while but its back now. 6.trying to finnish some other pics for myself that i cant put up here for the reason that this is an all age board.

Oh yeah! Fifty-9 while being cocked, easily the best animation for a gun ever! Nice one. BTW, how'd you sneak on without us (me and X) not noticing? Anyways, I see some new guns you threw in there! M353 with a shorter barrel and a minigun backpack? lol

You underestimate my sneakyness. And the other guns are just something i threw down in like 5 mins nohing to special.

Yes they are snakes with human torsos for heads, kinda like a snake centaur. I'd advise giving it cobra atributes and making it fairly toned, seeing as it has to hold a minigun in one hand....actually I might have a go at this too...

SS, I think you should do a scaly of some sort, but give it a flame thrower.

Actually scratch that, I can't get a decent enough editing program, and the one that comes with my scanner doesn't even have a rotate function, not a working crop tool.

Honestly, if RS can make something as awesome as BW for nothing, surely a corperation could give me Photoshop Elements or some other working software!

Also, I don't have the energy nor will to try and even install GIMP, there's no quick-fire .exe download...

I tired scallies once...she didnt turn out to well...it was a dragon in like chainmail bikine and i didnt like it so i like to stick to mammals but i will give it some thought. maybe after i get some practice with em but for now, kitties, puppies, rodents, and other mammals (no elephants, hippos, or whales)

What are you talking about? That winged kobold turned out quite nicely, and besides, practice makes perfect.

it was a dragon not a kobold...i think it turned out bad...GOOD news the couger is coming along nicely!
