im just making this thread to share all the goodness of the mapmaking community with ya'l. well... for as long as i can be bothered to anyway. Dm Krodan: absolutely amazing map made by the famous hourences. set in a kinda gorge sorta place. http://utforums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=592435 Dm Pyramid: a really good remake of pyramid from the origional unreal. a small platform in space. http://utforums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=592070 Dm the longest yard: another good remake but this time of a quake map. the only one i can remember enjoying playing. there is another version but i prefer this. http://utforums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=589824 Hardcore OldSkool Low Poly (HOLP) Mappack. Ugly pants already linked it so don't thnk we need another. anyways nine maps in all and very enjoyable. more simple than pretty so high fps and a good fun game. |

Shouldn't this be in the Showcase section? Yeah, they do, its just that it doesn't show up online, so Kantham never knew that it even had it so he never added it. The only custom UT3 map i've liked so far is Pyramid (look in Showcase forum), good visuals, great gameplay and its simple and i like it. Slax, for me, was to hectic and i'd rather have a minimap. Ugg, i can't stand maps like Bedroom, God, i dunno why people make them. I'm all for the stuff that fits the games theme, and being super small in a bedroom is not one of them. |

Ah, well it won't show up in Slax at all cause Kantham never made it. |
