I actually like this server,extremely fast paced.Low grav feels silly at first but adds to the gameplay immensely. Only problem,the moment some n00b gets his hand on a mini-gun he sticks with it forever. |

As long as the minigun you carry has ammo, I see no reason not to use it. |

Shadow's right about the mini gun. I'll be honest & say that if I'm playing TO WIN, I will use that sucker non-stop, too. But, these days I've been like an old man driving his car on Sunday just for the heck of it. In that case, I'm all anything that explodes! I do wish there was a way to tone it down a bit, or honestly, just limiting ammo to 100 or 200 rounds per pickup would be a huge help. That way the mini could get you out of a tough spot, but couldn't be a staple. Maybe the evil geniuses at RS can work out a per-gun calibration config for a future release??? |

The big problem here,is the fact that there is NO reloading,NO chaos,and NO recoil. So the minigun becomes a absolute death-ray. Not to mention it is easier to find,he has one in the sidearms slot! |

Yes! That's the way we like it. But, I admit Shadowdump's point: the mini is quite the force to be reconed with in those circumstances. It is freeley available to all, though, in which case you either like the insanely intense game play or not. In the end, realism can come from one of two places: either you want realism in the chaos, or you want it in the knock-down power. I prefer to eliminate the chaos and increase the knockdown power from stock. Thus, the AG server is MORE realistic in terms of the power of the weapons, but LESS realistic in terms of chaos. It's not a "problem", since it is by design. Yet, it is "problematic" if you prefer chaos and low hit power to the other way around. |
