For all those who play Dark Crusade out there, this is one of the best mods I've ever played. This follows some rules of the tabletop version, but it's still an RTS.

Many of the game mechanics are overridden. Most ground units can not damage a building significantly, other than listening posts. Grenades and more powerful units are required to take down a building. Strangely enough though, 3 squads of 10 rangers each can take down opponents easily.

I'll list the race changes first. If you want to find out for yourself do not scroll down.

(Note: Not a complete list of units in-game. Some are not preview-able, and therefore you must find yourself.)

Space Marines:
-Command Squad: Includes Company Champion, Standard Bearer, and addable marine bodyguards.
-Devastator Squad: Can be upgraded with weapons effective against vehicles and buildings.
-Marine Veteran Squad: Comes in normal/assault. The custom voices are mediocre, but these units specialize in either firepower or close combat. Very effective, one of my favorite additions to the Space Marines.
-Terminator Sergeants: I'm not very sure if this was in the game before, but now Sergeants can be added to Terminator Squads.
-Whirlwind and Razorbacks: I'm not sure if these two were original, either.
-Vindicator: This tank is a nice addition, really adds to the variety of vehicles in the Space Marine Army.
-Land Raider Crusader: This one is devastating. Very devastating. 6 Bolters on each side equals carnage!

-Sergeants get a helmet now, and the Space Marines Helmets are slightly different. It is a lot more similar to the tabletop look.
-Librarians get helmets (Whoopee!)
-Dreadnoughts are produced in the Orbital Relay now, and can be deep-striked (drop in a pod).
-The only downside is, Grey Knights are now Imperial Guard. Damn it.

Eldar:
-Dire Avengers: Great infantry addition. Excellent ranged combat.
-Storm Guardians: Close Combat versions of Guardians.
-Striking Scorpions: Can infiltrate, devastating attack up close.
-Wave Serpent: A transport tank, looks similar to the Falcon.

-Farseers are now un-attachable, but you can reinforce the group with warlocks.
-Techtree has been rearranged.
-Rangers numbers greatly increased. Squads of 10 Possible (Which is pure ownage).
-Guardian Defender Squads were added. Fewer in number, but Weapon Platform is attached. (I might have confused this with some other Mod).
-Much needed facelift for Guardians. Aspect Warriors now stick to appropriate color (Warp Spiders have red suits and white helms now.)

Orks:
-Kommando: Infiltrated, close combat. I haven't used this one a lot yet.
-'Ard Boyz: Nice addition. I would suppose this is heavy infantry.
-Ork Gun Wagon: An alternative from Wartrukks and Wartrakks.

-Skins for orks are varied now. It gives a more random feel to the orcs (Some shoota boyz got helmets, others don't, some wear other stuff, etc.)

It sucks that the orcs got the short end of the stick in this one.

Tau:
-Tetra/Pirahna Skimmer: A much needed fast-attack vehicle for the Tau.
-Battlesuit Lord: A Tau Commander, in a battlesuit! Can be reinforced with Crysis suits.
-Gue'vasa Auxillary: Humans with Tau weaponry. Strange.
-Sniper Drones: Small squads, infiltrated, can take out infantry from afar.
-Other forms of drones...

-Techs have been re-vamped, buildings change purpose.

Necrons:
None that I know of. Haha!

Imperial Guard:
-Grey Knights
-Some new tanks (I'd say three). You'll have to check them in-game, for I have forgotten the names.
-Conscript: A meat shield. Worse than guardsmen (Yes, I know).
-Imperial Lieutenant

-HUGE Guardsmen squads now. 20-something, If I'm correct.
-Mechanized Command is now for light vehicles, Mars Pattern becomes the building for the rest. However, you can get both at the same time of tech research.

Chaos Marines:
-Various Marines: Depending on your favorite Chaos god, there are now 5 types of Chaos Marines: Regular, Berserkers of Khorne, Plague Marines of Nurgle, Marines of Tzeentch, and Marines of Slaanesh.
-Skull Champion: I have never seen this guy in combat.
-Havoc Squad: The Devastators for the forces of Chaos.
-Chosen Terminators: Terminators for Chaos.
-Chaos Vindicators: Self-explanatory.
-Daemonettes of Slaanesh: The special unit for Slaanesh.

-There are various Chaos Lords you can choose from, one representing each Chaos god. You can select to worship one specific Chaos god, giving bonuses to units of that affilation.
-Yes, the marines for each god ARE different in appearance.

Gameplay:
-Main infantry is now the only form counted as squad limit. Each listening post you get increases your squad cap. A maximum of six infantry squads can be used. This is only for the meat of an army. You will see that some units do not take up any cap at all, but have their own hard caps. Vehicles and anti-vehicle infantry count as support(vehicle) cap.
-Buildings are not affected by normal gunfire, with listening posts being the exception. Only certain weapons and units can make a mark.
-Infiltration is toggled. When off, you are visible and move normally. When on, you move slower, but are invisible to everyone that is not right in front of you.
-Rapid-fire ability added to certain units. You have double the firing rate, but half the range. Great when the enemy is charging to you.

The rest of the changes are probably on the thread (I think it's a spoiler button). This is a great mod. And I recommend it. I have a screenshot for the Striking Scorpions below, and other Aspect Warriors. This is not horrible modelling and skinning. This is excellent.

Sorry, I was selecting Howling Banshees when I took this screenshot.

Dire Avengers. New Guardian skins too.

The rest is up to you. Find stuff in-game and give feedback.

Yep seen this mod, pretty fun to play, but hard too.
Infantry dies like flies.
The only aspect i didnt liked about it, that some units have insane weapons firing range. (f.e. dark reapers)
