Anyways,It is probably too late for several people but I must say this immediately.
Before installing BWBP 4,copy your manifest.ini file or it will possibly be corrupted,I think the manifest file that comes with BWBP4 is corrupted thus subsequent UMOD installations will fail.

I failed to copy my manifest so I'm screwed for now.So get that thing copied.

Then I guess people should use the zip version until this has been sorted out. (which will probably not happen any time soon)

The UMOD worked perfectly for me. If it does corrupt one of the BW files, you can always use the ZIP or UMOD browser and reinstall

Manifest.ini is not a BW-exclusive file.

It WAS the zip version before discovering this problem I dident know how important the manifest was.

Strange thing is,whenever I try to use a UMOD,it says it is trying to install,drum roll please... BWBP4!
I wasn't aware zip files had the code necessary for the installer to identify it,It even had the ballistics logo.
It is my theory that runestorm messed up somehow and launched a zip file that was sort of 'fused' or just had some elements of the UMOD release.
