Well this has bugged me from time to time, pretty much more than half the time if i place an M50 camera somewhere and it gets hit and i try to pick it up (standing next or over the M50 camera) , i can't cause all it wants to do is go to the M50 camera screen (using the special function), annoying, no gameplay f-ups ubt just annoying, unless it just goes away once it gets hit. |

Try pressing use near it, you'll pick it back up. Then you can redeploy it and it's fixed! |

oh crap, forgot, use... dammit, so many keys to remember, and it doesn't help i keep screwing around with the key setup every other week. Thanks OCA, man i'm an real idiot sometimes. If anyone really wants to post in this thread, just go Off topic, i totally welcome it, and thanks again OCA. |

You're welcome. I once did the exact same thing, and then I randomly hit a key and picked it up. I then realized I hit the use key. Heh, what hitting any key does for ya at times! I'm changing my keys every once in a while, when I feel I need to redo my key functions. That would be right now too. |

I'm trying out using Tab for my translocator and Q for my weapon fire mode switcher. It works for the WFMS, but using tranlocators is really hard now... |

i put the trans on G cause i almost never play any gametypes that need it. i hope UT2k7 doesn't have the trans, did UT99 have a trans? |

UT04's the only Unreal game I've ever played, so I wouldn't know. I think so unfortunately... I ahte that translocator, it is so cheap for escaping. That, and it makes my job of making maps that have hard to get to places very hard with translocator matches. |

Original UT had translocators. I never used the trans more than maybe 10 times, and even then it was jusrt for fun, nothing practical, simply because its too cheap... |

anyways back on topic, speeking of the m50 camera pick up we need to be able to remotely destory it, it sucks to have it get lost somewhere 40 thousand leages under the sea and not be able to use it again as for how, how about doing something when in camera view |

I really hope its gone, mostly since Epic is capitalzing on Warfare and other vehicle gameypes and already having the hoverboards and adding the trans would be just making you have to choose between the two, which is stupid. Plus if it is added, i want some back story as to how the trans well moves you. |

I can see the whole removal of it, but why keep it? If they keep it it should be optional. And yes. It is easy to confuse me. I confuse myself sometimes... |

I mean either keep it as one of the main weapons or remove it from the game; every letter of it's code and every byte of the content files. Having it optional works for IA, but it can be pain in the ass to have that system in SP or online. |

You do actually, even in SP if I'm not mistaken. But you only disable it for yourself there, and I haaaaaate the translocator in SP.

Well i asked the BU community their thoughts, which are almost polar opposite to ours, namely they see the trans the reason why UT99 was different for CTF and all that. |

Yes, different in the negative way. It is painfully hard to hit enemies when they use the translocator like ADD clowns full of crystal meth. |

humans have the nice ability to adapt...so all you have to go is anticipate where they will be translocating to, wait for them to just land and then pop them with a headshot...thats what the TL trail is for... |
