It's a chance occurence, actually. One time, both arms had the glow effect, but this one is more frequent. |

I encountered this bug but it only occured when I was holding a 1 hand gun, picked up the DamageAmp, then switched to dual wield. |

There are just soo many bugs with dual wield... I think a patch will be usefull someday soon. |

Its a complex system, and a good lot of the bugs were eliminated. What remains is a mere shade of what it was before. But yes, I think a patch is called for, and hopefully that will come soon. |
