the screenshots on the mainpage look like strike force levels to me. how can i add the ballistic weapon mutator to strike force? in the gui of strike force is no tab to configure mutators. i know you can add mutators somehow. WHAT lines do i have to add WHERE to make BW work in that mod? thanx in advance hermann |

Uh... those screenshots were taken in DM-Blackhawk. No clue how to work BW into a mod like that though. |

I don't know the call-name of it off hand, but here's how you can find out. 1: Create a game, but before you begin, go to server rules and edit the map voting configuration. Add a gametype (eg. deathmatch) and assign whatever mutator(s) you want to be able to reference. Save that and start the game. 2: Quit out of the gmae. Go to your UT2004/System and lookmin UT2004.ini. In the section labeled "[xVoting.xVotingHandler]", find the data concerning the gametype you added to your map voting list. There will be a part of a line that says "mutators=". Find what the mutator(s) is/are called and copy/paste that wherever you need to. Aside from that, you could try modifying the .ini for strike force to use the MapMixer mutator, which would allow you to setup your own mutator lists to use in the game... theoretically. |
