Which weapons do you presently use in your Loadout settings? I enter with the knife, mines, 12.7mm pistol with flash, Minigun and the Railgun. |

I've never personally saw the use of the revolvers, the M50 or the battle rifle in this game. Explain when they are better then say... the snub pistol or one of the two machine guns? |

X3 Knife RS8 Pistol OR D49 Revolver MRS138 Tactical Shotgun OR one of the pistols listed above SRS900 Battle Rifle OR R78A1 Sniper Rifle Pineapples As for the Shyke's questions, the AM67 Assault Pistol (the snub pistol that you are probably referring) to is incredibly overpowered. It easily does twice the damage as the M806 Pistol (the .45), has higher clip capacity, higher rate of fire, and that flash thing that's easily more useful than the laser sights on other pistols. As for the machine guns, the M353 is also somewhat overpowered in my opinion. Very easy to run and gun with it, and you can't go wrong with a 100 round ammo belt. The M925 just has too low of a firing rate to feel "right" to me as a machine gun. The M50 has that grenade launcher which is pretty useful. Rather small blast radius though. The Battle Rifle can be used as both a "Sniper Lite" and and an Assault rifle, and is pretty good at both, with very low recoil (ignore the recoil animation and look only at the shot placement) and relatively low movement accuracy penalties. The revolver is just cool. Highest damage of any of the pistols, albeit with an incredibly long reload time. The AM67 is still much more effective though

Knife fifty-9 or Revolver Frag grenade M290 M323 (Found a bug allowing near perfect accuracy at a high rate of fire on this) Whenever I use the M925, I switch to semiauto and use it as an extremely effective rifle. With the M353, you can click very rapidly (>6 clicks a second) and get a good rate of fire with semi-auto accuracy. It's a bug, probably. |

You can do that with just about any rapid-fire automatic weapon (asides from the Skrith guns I think). |

Normal Loadout: X3 Knife MRT6 Shotgun Pistol M50 Assault Rifle G5 RPG Launcher BX5-SM Land Mine I consider this to be a versatile loadout. The knife is deadly, and can be thrown in a pinch. The shotgun pistol for close range work, and it reloads quicker than the other shotguns. M50 set to burst fire for ranged combat, auto for suppresion, camera for watching an area, and contact grenades for area damage. G5 for laser guided kills and anti vehicle work, mines for area denial and objective fortification. Zombie Hunting Loadout: EKS43 Katana or Massive Junk (hoping for Fire Axe) AM67 Assault Pistol M353 Machine Gun M763 or MRS138 Shotguns FP7 or T10 Grenade This loadout was mainly picked for damage and ammo capacity. The M763 shotgun seems more effective against the KF zombies than the MRS138, but the tactical light is useful in some of the really dark KF levels. The secondary melee attacks on both are useful. The T10 toxin grenade is the most effective at stacking up packs of zombies at choke points, but it feels weird to be killing zombies with toxic gas, so I often choose the FP7 instead. It is much less effective and doesn't block the area off as long. Massive junk tends to hurt more than the katana. Anyone get the KF welder and KF med syringe to work? |

This is my usual set, good in pretty much all situations without using the "super"weapons. Melee: Katana - Allows the most damage in a single swing, for when I feel like being sneaky. Sidearm: Assault Pistol - By far the best pistol. Great backup weapon for when reloading = death. Primary: Battle Rifle - Handy all-around weapon and good for some light sniping. Secondary: Double-barreled Shotgun - My favorite close-range punishment. Grenade: Laserbomb - Doubles as a mine and a grenade, and sounds better than the grenades to boot. This set is just an alternative one I'll use sometimes. Melee: Katana - Still my preference here. Sidearm/Primary: Dual Revolvers/Fifty9s - Fifty9s for when I want to just charge into the fray and chop some people into bloody gibs. Revolvers for when I'm a little more sedate, and the alt-fire with dual revolvers is just plain deadly.
Secondary: Sniper Rifle - HEADSHOT! Grenade: Napalm Grenades - Good mix of splash damage and area-blocking flames. |

Melee: EKS43 Katana Sidearm: Depending on my mood I'll go with either the AM67, D49, RS8, or the XK2 Primary: M50 Assault Rifle Secondary: M763 Shotgun Throwable/Explosive goodness: BX5 Landmines Depending on the map and/or game mode I will mix it up a bit, although my Primary weapon is always the M50. |

-Katana - "Release your inner Samuri" -Assault Pistol - "Now you see me, now you're blind - and dead" -290 Shotty - "I shoot, you die, got it?" -AR or minigun -Railgun - "Peekaboo" -Land mine - "yes, go toward the control point..." I hardly ever play online, but with a slower connection, I'd probably stick more with some spray 'n pray if I did. |

Second post - I'm moving on!
My favorite layout: "R78A1" .50 Sniper Rifle - 'HEADSHOT!' 'MEGAKILL!' You gotta love the sexy announcer.
"M290" Double Barrelled Shotgun - 'Wait, did you say TWO BARRELS? I want that!' "AM67" Pistol - 'Mmm.. accurate sidearm..' "A909" Skrith Wrist Blades - 'Keep slashing, aimed hits in melee are for pansies!' "FP9A5" Explosive Device - 'Aaww, look at that cute laser-light!' |

He's good. If he was to post something thats rather pointless and more or less irrelevant, ten its bumping. This right here is just avoiding a new thread.

Yeah, I don't want to make a new thread - And why not revive it?
As long as it's still there, you can revive it ^^ |
