OK---I found a "No rogue weapons pickup", but it still doesn't work on or off.
I went online and they work fine.

I installed BW v2.0 and now when I try to use a ballistic map, I get no weapons, no power-ups, not even the bases under them. Bots look like they're holding something, but nothing is there. I reinstalled patch 3369 and then reinstalled BW, but still nothing. I have checked UT2004.ini and everything seems to be there. I changed Mutators to quite a few different combinations and I can't seem to get it working. The Blood Mutator works fine though, go figure?? |

Alright, go and delete ALL BW releated content from UT2k4. Then download the zip file of BW 2.0, and download the Junk wars public beta zip. Extract the Junk Wars zip to the UT2k4 folder first (should be in your C drive) then extract BW 2.0 into the UT2k4 folder making sure that it copies over files that already exist. If that doesn't fix it (which it should) then i don't know what will. But here's some advice, UMods aren't trustworthy with Ut2k4. |

I know, i just don't trust them, they screwed up UT2k4 for me too many times in the first year i had it. |

This definitely sounds like an installation problem. Worked online, but not instant action? Delete Ballistic ini files. BW2.0 is one zip file containing BW, three bonus packs and a JW patch. If you want junkwar to work, install the junwar v1 download and install its patch (included with Bw2.0) over it. Good luck...

We're cookin' with gas now. Reinstalled Junk Wars and BW using zips instead of umod and everything works. It's a resource hog, but it works. I'll just have to back off on the graphics a little, everything is running at highest detail. Thanks guys |

[/quote] I found it best to install JW v1 cause before i had a few of problems when it wasn't installed. |
