I've got the latest BW mod running on my server (with UT2Vote56)...everything seems to be working fine, except the FP9A5.... You can set it just fine, with or without the laser trip and it will detonate, killing anyone near it. However, there is NEVER an explosion. If you detonate it with the ALT-FIRE, you just hear a click and the DETPack disappears. Any ideas on why this is happening, and how we might fix it? It's absolutely one of my favorite weapons...and now it's no un.

Well, it just doesn't process the explosion, but I've also seen the damn explosvves be a Dud. Which adds some gameplay. |

Naw. These aren't just a few duds. None of the devices will explode. Even if you trip the laser. The person dies a bloody death, but there's no explosion at all. This is the ONLY glitch we're seeing on the server. Everything else seems to work perfectly.

Explosions just don't appear on any explosive for odd reasons on servers, unless you are the host. Just something that seems to be a problem with servers. I mean all servers, it's probably a UT engine code bug. |

I've seen it happen before, though not recently. I think it might have something to do with your computer's performance, as I only remember seeing it on my weaker computer at home |

I've got a Dual Xeon 3.2Ghz machine, with 2gigs of ram and a GeForce 6800 GT OC video card. It's not a performance issue. The server is banging as well, so no limits there. I can get it to work if I'm playing on my local "Listen" server, but not on our remote dedicated. Everything else works perfectly, as I mentioned earlier. Gas grenades, mines, rocket explosions, etc. |

The explode on my server. I didn't do anything special. I run the Ballistic Swap. |
