Hi, Where can I find configuration documentation for BW 2.1 INI file. I would like to disable the land mines from detonating when the owner walks over it. ( In BW2 owner could not trip own mines, in BW2.1 owner can trip own mines ). Thanks for the info. |

You can't edit that through the ini file. You need to replace the new land mine with the old version from 2.0. That is done by editing a line or two in the UCL file if I'm not mistaken. (I don't know details, so I can't really explain further) |

Or If you play The Ballistic Weapons Mutator (the Swap) then edit the swap line with the Mines in ithe Balliisticv21.ini from V21 to V20. Its a pain...maybe they will revert back to the orginal mines one day. |

Yup changed all references to BW21.BX5Mine to BW2.BX5Mine in BallisticV21.ini and it works. Thanks for the help. |

On a different subject is there any way to cripple the minigun using the INI file. For example limit the maximum fire rate or minigun specfic inaccuracy scale / recoil. |

You'll have to create a copy of the Minigun, edit that, and use it instead. Or, you could wait a little for me to finish my own modifications, which makes the gun a little more interesting to use (huge movement chaos, but recoil adjusted so it follows a path on screen after prolonged firing, instead of just spraying bullets everywhere). |

we did the mines that way because of spammers.. actually need to be a little cautious, rather than bolting over the battlefield.. |
