I am very new to BW and so i thought maybe it would help noobs like me to find servers to play on by creating a serverlist thread. The servers i found and are active are: 69.65.31.125:7777 74.63.65.180:7777 p.s. i downloaded yesterday the utcacheextractor v.2.1.0 from the hedstem downloads section and i am not really sure how it works. Yes-i read the readme but there are warnings like "extracting this file may cause problems connecting to servers" while extracting files. If anyone used to the utcacheextractor could give me information about the extractor program and what these messages mean i would really be thankful. Another request: I was searching for maps but i can't find any links to many links used on the hedstem server. Filefront hasn't got them. If someone knows links to get the most common maps please tell me! |

Don't worry about it....The most problem you'll have If some asshead that runs the server makes some custom content by editing someone else package and doesn't rename it to something new. Just Validate the cache first (validate button) then hit extract..easy as that. Also Heres 1 More BW server for you. 68.106.81.219:9000, Its Hedsteem's (my) Jailbreak Server. Hope this helps. Also There is a Online Forum on here, It has all the BW servers that count. We are working on a Map Download we run alot Of custom ones and I personally don't have them time to upload them to Filefront. Its best to let the server push you them and then extract it from the cache. |

Ignore. I would do just maps. Since (at least on my servers) we tend to tweak files ans such. |

I mostly never play online... cuz I have to download too much crap from the servers. These servers aren't loaded with crap, are they? |

All I have on my server are my tweaked weapons and custom maps, and like 2 or 3 mutators that probably total about 1 MB. It defaults to Rankin. Oh, and ChaosUT2, which is quite a big download, but you won't have to download that unless you vote for Duel. |

All my stuff is available from my site for download. I'm all custom, Lots of Custom maps, and Vehicles...Dont really run that many mutators..Once you get the stuff once and extract it..your good. Sorry..but Stock Ut stuff is just plain boring. @Kaboodles..If its the ServerPackages Line it gets pushed regardless of the map vote. |
