I thought it had to be said, and I'm sure I'm not alone with this, but I reckon the yellow on the new revolver is too garish. 
It could be gold I suppose, and I'm sure the screenshots don't do it justice, but I'd like to get an idea of how many people would like it changed. All in favor say "Aye"

I would like to see just a metallic reflection, without any yellow/gold... Lately too many colourful weapons 
You may count me in for the change. But still wont die if they left it how it is. |

I don't mind it. And it is not up to RS to change it, it is up to the one who sponsored the gun. |

I would certainly like it better if it was just gunmetal grey with wooden grips, but its not really broken as is, just a tad one the garish side.. It would also be nice if bullet casings where retextured to look like brass, instead of the bright yellow high-gloss they all have going for them now. |

Some of the newer guns are going the way of Quake III: Arena. Color-coded... but you know that just doesn't work with (semi) real-life weapons, it just makes them look like toys. |

Not yellow, I assume. It's supposed to look like gold, but kinda falls short of that, particularly around the cylinder, cartridges, and on the barrel(s). Of course, it could just be a bad screenshot. Any chance we could get more screens of this sucker? |

The color(s) that you see in the screen shots is very subjective, it may be how the devs colored the gun(s), or the settings on your monitor. So trying to get or as it almost seems here to force the devs to change the colors will be wasted time for the devs, which is their most precious commodity. And of course make us all wait all the longer for their release. Yes we all want cool looking guns, but some of this nit picking is or may end up being a waste of time. |

You guys do know you can change the gun's color by yourself, right? All you have to do is go into a texture editor and import a modified version into Ued. |

Ofcourse, but that does mean you wont be able to play online, the server will see you modified a package and will dump you. The only way around that, currently, is recreating the weapon and mutating it in, but that is alot of boring copy/paste work just to change a texture, and again, it will only work offline since the servers are unlikely to run such a mutated weapon, and it will not be as user freindly (you'd probably have to find it under "other" in the weapon list). But if we have any talented coders here, perhabs someone could find a way to make a mutator that will allow you to apply one of several user created skins to a weapon, that would be quite nice. Sadly i have no idea how that would be done, or i would gladly code it myself, and make a bunch of skins. |

Someone could easily make a modification of this weapon and simply upload it to the BW Mods forum, with the necessary files and instructions. |

I would say (being the classy fellow i am) just blued metal and like grobut said wooden grips (or stock for them wierd folks that call pistol grips stocks) and the orange stock on the r9 it reminds me of a pink stock i saw on a rifle once. |
