Not sure if this is the right subforum to place this thread in but, does anyone know if i can download the predator helicopter somewhere without having to download the full airpower mod? Just wondering. Otherwise I'll have to download it completly, but I never use the other vehicles in the pack so it would be kinda pointless to install those if I can get a predator-only version somewhere. Ofcourse if there are other, better helicopter vehicles out there, feel free to link to them. I already got the atakapa. |

i dont think ther are stand alone preditor mods. but i remember a mutator that can replace a vechicle with another kind. it has a select menu and all that jazz. i will let you know when i find it. (but i have no idea on how to fly the wraith and the valkarie.  )

? In the Airpower mod there are those two planes, the Predator and a dropship IIRC. I never could handle the planes and one always crashed the game for me if i did use it so yes, uh, not much reason for me to get those then. I said I already got the Atakapa installed ^^ |

Yeah, use WORM, it's great. I used to mix up vehicles all the time, I surely had that predator in there. Good times. |

i think that the planes in airpower mod has a Wraith and the valkarie. the wraith is black with SU-47 style wings and its a bomber. while the valkarie is a fighter with missiles, a turret and stuff. the predator is the helicopter. every time i try to fly the wrath or the valkarie, it does nothing. just moves at a snails pace.

You have to bind a key or something to a command to 'launch' the jet, then it takes off. It took me a little while to realize that, they were annoying me at first! |

i know how big helicopters are and i have seen a MI-24 hind in real life. (which are big) but i doubt a cobra is as big as a hind. cobras are infact one of the smaller aircraft in the USAF. |

Bind a key to Best Weapon (I think) to launch the jets in Airpower. Using the Bomber (at least, in the 1 Helicopter Version) and dropping the Warheads will crash the game though. But anyways, the Predator in this one is packaged in with all the other vehicles. Sorry XP |
