The price system, along with many other features, were added in the game for future projects RS or other people may want to do later on. Lots of stuff to BW that weren't actually used in the public releases.

Geez... thats a long list... um... I recommend downloading UDE and clicking on Tools -> Advanced Exporter, then finding the Appropriate package(s) (BallisticV21, BWBPOneV21, BWBPTwoV21, etc) and looking for the files that start with DT (if you want to try coding, I'd advise against exporting the files this way, UDE botches up the weapon files). If I wasn't so busy I might do this for you, but, well, sorry man, I got better things to do.
