ALso how to activate the BW weapons and where i have to go and what to do

There are step by step instructions listed in the thred you just posted in.

And what do you mean activate? And what do you mean where do you go? There are download links provided. Click on the Download button on the page near the top and go under 2.xx downloads.

yes yes i kow but i cant follow and understand these links too confusing
what i meant is what do i download and how i make the BW appear in the game(instant action)
i have tried a lot of things to do
i've been tring to fix the BW weapons for download for approximatly 27 days 19 hours and 42 seconds...44

What are you installing BW with? UMod or Zip? If UMod is what you installed it with, try zip.

Those are the files you'd want to download.

Drag the files into your UT2004 folder. Thats pretty much it for installing. After you have tried this, tell me what happens. :)

The weapons should automatically be there if you try a BW gametype, other wise just use Ballistic Swapper, Loadout, or Arena and you should get them in other game types.

i forgot to tell you that i have both the zip and the UMod installed-what i have is BallisticV21_ZIP, BallisticV_21UMOD, Ballisticv200, BWBP2_ZIP and JunkWarv110Beta_ZIP
i hope i gave enought information and thnx for the reply

Alright, what you need is just BallisticV21_ZIP, Ballisticv200 (Zip), and JunkWarv110Beta_ZIP.

Now reinstall them in this order:

JunkWarv110Beta_ZIP
Ballisticv200 (zip)
BallisticV21_ZIP

That should be all you need to install, in that order, to make it work.

umm... do you mean JunkWarv1.10Beta_zip instead of JunkWarv110Beta_zip

it doesnt work for whatever reason
have i messed up the mutators? do i still have to keep the other zipped files exept the ones you told me to download again? i just whanted to play with different weapons and it doesnt work
i apologise for taking you so much time but do you know what i can do

You should keep zip files just in case you have to unInstall UT2004 some day. They are not necessary to use the mutators though, you just need to extract their content into the UT2004 folder with the correct folder structure.

Here is a tip for installation:
Just open up the junkwar zip file you downloaded, click extract, choose to extract all files and make sure 'Use Folder Names' is flagged. And into the path box at the top of the Extract window type C:\UT2004, assuming you installed the game there.

Now WinZip will extract all files to C:\UT2004, but since you flagged 'Use Folder Names', it will send each file to the correct sub-folder within C:\UT2004

And then repeat this for the other two zip files.

I don't recommend it. It is far preferable to just extract the contents of the zip files directly to the UT2004 folder.

Just follow my short guide above and you should complete the installation in just a few mouseclicks.

Mmmm....maybe we should try and streamload the download and install a bit....

Which reminds me...I'm sure I asked the devs for a full 2.1 + weapons pack install ... devs ?
