when i'm playing UT 2004 with BW mod sometimes the game exits(by itself) and i receive this report
UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2005-11-23_16.22]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 1802 MHz with 893MB RAM
Video: ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 (6648)

I don't know anything about that kind of crash, it just sounds like the computer is acting stupid or something, did you have any bots in there? They might have crashed it or something....

Script errors are never related to the computer itself directly, you'd be getting far more serious errors if that was the case.

Bloodchain, I suggest installing the latest patch, version 3369, if you haven't done so already. And try to narrow down what causes the game to crash. Like for example if you attempt to fire a certain weapon (or a bot attempts it).

i have downloadded the patch (3369) and i'm sure it's not from the game B/c it says protection fault
it stoped coming up
before it showed up when i was in the editor tring to view some maps and how were the build when it came and BOOM everything terminated?
it stopped showing and THNX for your concerness

Try this:
1) Start up the game
2) Click 'Settings' in the main menu
3) See the 'Render Device' option? Change it from Direct 3D to Software
4) Play the game and see what happens

This will degrade the game a lot, but if you won't experience any more crashes, then I think I know what's going on.
