Post subject:  Swapping menu refuses to work
I get absolutely zero mileage out of it. I'm stuck with the default swaps. I just did a complete reinstall to try and fix it. BW 2.0 - 2.1 - BP4 in that order. Added serverpackages.

Still no dice. I can't even save a preset. It defaults and won't let me set it any differently.

I was wondering if someone could upload their .ini file with EVERYTHING set to swap. I miss my wild games and I figure getting someone with an ini file already configured with everything and removing weapons would be easier on me than adding them. ( I have carpal/cubital tunnel syndrome that's made worse by typing extensively, mousing/WASD doesn't aggrivate it as quickly )

Unless there is an easier way?

As far as I know, there's currently no fix for it, but I think I know what's going on. If you're running vista, or 7, and installed it to program files you can't actually save anything there since those OS both have... not-so-tech-savvy-people-protection. If you ARE running one of these, move it out of program files (say, to your desktop) and run it as admin. This *should* in theory allow you to swap properly.

If you're not running one of those, then... I dunno. I run XP and it sometimes doesn't save for me, I just have to click it again. I swap a single weapon, accept, and go back to make sure it changed.

I installed it on a games HDD partition. I will try running it as administrator, but I turned off UAC a long time ago. Security theater bothers me and every system I've fixed with UAC enabled it's been working AGAINST me, haha..

What I did was set my menus up in 2.1 before installing BP4 again. They swap everything but the new weapons. The presets do not work.

I wish runestorm coders would fix this. I bet on myself in 1 on 1 matches and on loadout mode it's REALLY hard to say "Yeah, you got a fair fight."
