Post subject:  Help! Disable Weapon Select UI and Outdoormaps Blood!?
i run a ONS Server and would use BW on many maps without change the gameplay and feel for ons, but there are problems:

1.
How to disable the annoying Weapon select UI at default for connectet clients?
The settings on serverside do not affect the clients.
maybe the BallisticV21.u pakage must be editet to set this as defaults who can do that for me?

2.
also should be a editet BallisticV21.u pakage, where is standart disabled the most blood effects, because on most outdoor maps it shows ugly colored sqares, only the explosion blood is shown acurate on most maps.
This pakage should named different maybe BallisticV21outdoor.u to make it possible to use different sets on in and outdoor maps.


3. How to set the view and recoil default offset to 100 for client side?

my ons server : ut2004:ut2.ath.cx:7777

(i tried do edit the pakages myself , but iam not able to recompile, missing files)

1: That's an option that is set per player's choice if I recall. They will have to set it up themselves if I'm not mistaken.

2: I don't know how to do this server side, but I know it's an option client side since they're all client side based anyways. You can turn it off for you, but I don't know how to do it for everyone else...

3: I'm not sure what you mean. Like an over the shoulder view? The recoil/view should already be set to 100, because that's an option you set when making the game.

Guess I really don't know, but... hope I helped at least? ::)
