| Post subject: | Junk Wars weapons won't spawn/show up? |
I'm not sure why but since I've installed the latest and greatest in Ballistic Weapons on this computer, the junk wars weapons won't spawn. I used the bonus pack and the new weapons arrived, but they don't show up on the swap lists, nor even on ballistic loadout. Even when I put the Junk Wars mutator on. On my older computer, it was fully functional. Did I do something wrong? |

I was under the impression it was in with the main BW pack. Do I have to uninstall BW in order to get it working in the right order?

Alright, I got Junk Wars to work! Thanks a lot for pointing that out to me. I never would've realized it (It's not in the download section of the forums or the official site! =x) That being said, is there anyway to have Junk show up in the normal BW mutator? As opposed to Ballistic Loadout where junk can have a slot, I don't see it show up in the "Swapping" tab. I have melee weapons replace the shield gun randomly (knife, claws, katana, etc), and occasionally having a bat or sledge hammer would rock

You dont need to uninstall it. You need to re/over- install it. Just downlaod the ZIPs, extract them in the order i mentioned. If Ballistic Weapons is released in 2.5 the junkwar will automatically included by then. The reason why you have to install junkwar first is, that it get patched wit ballistic weapons. First install Junkwar, then install ballistic weapons, lik mentioned. Just iron it over your folder, will work well if you dont wanna stress up with file-versions. Edit: In Loadout you can select one of the Junkwar weapons for the loadout types. else, just use the mutator to spawn randomly junk amount the other weapons n stuff. |

Yeah, like I mentioned, it's selectable in loadout but not in the normal mut's swapping tab. There's no way to work it in somehow? Alright thanks. I wanted to keep the spawning normal, but be able to occasionally have a neon light in hand rather than the normal 3-4 melee weapons. Thanks anyway. I know for a fact that you can have junk spawning with melee weapons because I used to have my game set up like that.  Try deleting your BWCache.ini? |
