Post subject:  Changing which slot / number that a weapon is assigneed to

Is there any way to change which slot / number a weapon is assigned to, when I make a list of weapons I want to use I find I have multiple weapons assigned to a a few numbers and nothing assigned to a few. I'd just like to make a little more order for myself and to be able to re-arrange for my own personal use and play style. I don't play online so not worried about mismatches with servers or other players.

If you're referring to the weapon slots in the weapon bar at the bottom of the screen, then try the ballistic weapons UI, to be enabled in the mutator settings IIRC.

Controlled by Weapon's InventoryGroup property - or BallisticInventoryGroup if Ballistic Inventory Slots are enabled. I assume from the way you phrased your OP that you intend to edit the source.

1-9 map to shield through sniper. 0 maps to superweapon. 10 maps to translocator.

Thank you for your replies,
when I get a change I'll try the ballistic Weapons UI setting and see how I get on.
I'm happy to edit the source if I can find it. I assume that it's going to be in one of the .ini or .Int files, just not sure which one, where or how to find it yet.

Command line: ucc batchexport [packagename.ext] [asset type] [extension] [export path]

e.g ucc batchexport BallisticV25.u Class .uc C:\

Neither of the two. The source files must be extracted using 2k4s compiler -> UCC.
To edit the source, you must know how to program.
