When you guys have finished Crucible V2, will you add bonus packs that add weapons like on BW

P.S crucible V2 will kick ass

P.P.S I've got some ideas about weapons For Crucible

The Slicer: like the Ripper on classic UT it slices into people, and has a good ability to take it out of your chest and throw at someone

Primary fire:fire blade disc

Secondary fire: charged Fire P.S when it hits a target it takes off litle bit more health when it hits and the disc travels for longer it makes for a good sniper but it takes time to charge

Tertiary fire: this turns the weapon on its side to fire the disc vertically, and the discs can bounce off surfaces when angled right also the discs can explode

The juggernaut: it is a grenade launcher

Primary fire: fires grenades it fires grenades it is non automatic

Secondary fire: it fires grenades automatically the grenades also bounce but it is inaccrate i fires 3 grenades automaticall

Tertiary fire Changes grenades from normal to incendiary

Secret Character: unlocks a secret character that can fly when you have a certain amount of frags, he flys for only 3 seconds its like zero gravity and helps ou get to out of reach places easier

P.P.S The slicer has a feature when you fire a disc and it hits someone i stays in them for the person to pull out of there chest and use the disc as a throwing weapon or stabbing weapon

Also the discs can be picked up after being fired if ou have a slicer it adds to the ammo if you dont you can throw the discs but it is inaccurate and cant be thrown far

Also, Also i thought of a way of players getting a second wind if you get say a killing spree, you have a second wind to kill someone depending on which killing spree you got if you get a killing spree you get 5 second second wind to kill someone if ou get godlike you get 15 seconds to kill someone when you are in second wind you are either a demon or a angel, demons have sharp claws that you kill someone with angels have the ability to reave someone of their health if you successfully kill someone you are spawned back with all you're weapons and its like you didnt die, you're killing spree however is gone

P.P.P.S another weapon idea The demonic hand
you are spawned with a demonic hand if you are on hells side aswell as the hammer
Primary fire: sharp claws

secondary fire:Hell Fire

a short range flame which engulfs a target

the flame dosn't last for long

Crucible needs:
1) A flame thrower like BW (including the awesome rocket fuel tank feature!)
2) A multi-ammo bow that makes good use of the engine's impalement features.
3) Energy weapons. Seriously!!
4) More guns. Doesn't matter if they're cheap reskins with tweaked damage values, or less detailed original models. This was never a problem in BW. Quantity > quality. Variation keeps things fresh.

Instead of a couch gun how about a blunderbuss ammo could match the maps nails rocks, etc.
and they came in pistol or rifles, there's even an energy version
And they look really cool when there fired

That bottom one looks like the Wunderwaffe DG-2 from Call of Duty. Totally awesome gun there.

On the topic of bonus packs though, once I get V9 of my pack released I'm going to check out some of the UT3 BW code. I can't imagine it being too hard to start off with a couple recolors like what I did for UT2k4.

That would be awesome! Perhaps you could also polish BW UT3 a bit by adding tracers n stuff, since the devs have apparently abandoned it.

I personally think it'd be a more worthwhile investment to try and port some BW guns from UT3 to Crucible, the weapon system would be much more fleshed out, and we could completely circumvent the buggy UT3 altogether.

I'd say only as a special bonus pack as, they do not fit in with the theme,

Bah, nonsense. The weapons of Crucible look primarily like decorative human weapons. Would it be strange to see a fire grenade mixed in with the regular grenades? Or how about a double barreled pump shotgun mixed in with the single barreled pump shotgun?

I don't think it'd be too far off.

of course they are,

but still it would be weird as a stand alone retail game.

Well, the rest are still similar to things already in existence, except for maybe the Rocket Launcher and elements of the Trident machine gun (specifically the rotating barrel array).

Yeah i'd like to see you find the time, try making a mod on your own, then we'll see how you like it..

I do think the UDK Crucible should be without BW weapons, at least we won't be putting any in it, kinda makes it more of a messy mod than a game..

Would make one odd game i'd say...
