It is more likely that pigs will fly tomorrow than your new PC can't run UT3.

the only way my pc will run ut3 is if hell freezes over it berly runs ut2k4 and i dont think any other of pcs in my house will run it well either my dads will probibly not run it well and that comp is 50 times faster or more

I don't know if my PC can handle it. It can handle Titan Quest at a steady rate, runs Oblivion on an average of 15-20 FPS, and ran EQ 2 Trial of The Isle at a nice speed (with a bunch of visual additives (water distortion, etc.).
