yeah, but its still being updated and the stand alone game Nexuiz looks very good graphically wise(i even have to turn off some of the lighting options to keep other settings at max). again, DarkPlaces probably cant compare to other modern game engines.

That doesn't really matter to a developer I think. What the RS guys are looking for is an engine that can do the stuff they want to do with their game, graphics don't matter as much as that I'd say.

yep.. pretty much any engine would work for our gameplay.. gameplay is very rarely limited by the engine, only the designers
