Well, thats what beeing hided from evrybodys eyes, what really is happening there.

We just hear about some new suicide mission or some new offensive from Israel, but what really happens to the people we get in numbers....
20 people died in a massacre, 60 wounded etc..

They don't show us exactly what happens, so that they can avoid that people begin to mistrust the support for Isreal and its inhumane killings in palestina.

I personaly just wonder, why young children come to a forum dedicated to a game wich is full of violence and weapons capeble of making any human looking character into a pool of blood and chunks of meat and gore.

Because the blood and gore is really cool looking.

That's just disturbing. And Naboo, you can tell the difference between video game gore and real life gore. In many video games the heads usually flies off or gets blown up. In real life, the head can possibly be intact with a hole in it, and all the brains and blood inside come out.

I play violent video games because I know i'm not physically harming anybody and the gore in the game is sometimes so unrealistic that it is comical to an extent.

Well said. Pretty much my reason for playing video games as well.

What's the big deal about those pictures? They don't look all that disgusting to me, but they do show us that the situation over there is horrible for the people.

Even though I have nerves made of steel, I strongly suggest no one in their mid-teens looks at those pictures. And also make sure to have a body that can handle the sight.

i'm not sickened by it, but it doesn't look good for the guys who had their brains pouring out of their head.

I have seen real guts before, which makes me a little stronger.

and yeah young kids shouldnt even be on this forum though, since UT2004 is a mature rated game. well... i was 13 when i bought ut2004. o well, not my business who comes and goes.

I'm gonna have to agree with KylinRage and Bjossi on children and gaming gore.
It's very sad,but for some reason it doesn't really bother me at all to look at the pictures
I'm not very old at all in reality,but I'm sure theres a lot of other young kids who will see this and get really freaked out.
I my opinion the link should be removed.
Not just for the children, but for Runestorm,If a kid comes to the site because of an interest in UT2004 and sees these pictures, he could freak out and tell his parents ,the next thing you know Runestorm is being sued.

Yeah well, mabye i shulden't have posted them for mature resons, but thinkin that that's really happening again and again, and as long as there is fighting between the Israel and the others, that kinda deformed bodies will still continue to apear on daily basis.

And seeing they are using experimental weapons on them... something from USA, that can melt large groups of people apart....

Reality is very different from gaming!

Unfortunately we do have a lot of young people on these forums, and I would rather leave it up to their parents to decide what they should be allowed to see and what they are not allowed.

I cannot allow RuneStorm to be in anyway connected to material like that.

My personal opinion is that people should be aware of what happens out there, so I guess material like that does have it's place.

Seeing something like that in reality is very different, and I guess it depends on the person as to how they handle it and re-act to it.
