My second champions topic. Ever-creative, I have created at least 6 or 7 concepts, and this first one is probably one of my favorites, and the most well-rounded. He is based around the similarly-named Cerubulon, also a Destroyer of Worlds, the final boss of my favorite PS2 game, War of The Monsters. If this is well-recieved, I might post the others. That game sounds infinitely unbalanced to me now.

It's a concept. It probably can't be made in the online version, although it MIGHT be possible. It was only recently announced. Little information is known, and vehicles have not been announced nor pets, although such things are easily likely. This could easily be possible in the Pen and Paper version in a high-points game, however. I know very little, but points can be spent towards things like companions, organizations, vehicles, powers, e.t.c., and there is no such thing as a "Class", you can mix any powers you wish. There is no such thing as a "Flame Blast", but there are pre made powers you can use as a base, then modify them to suit the character. There are some defined archetypes, but you aren't limited to them. IF he could be made, then holy crap I'd be happy... This is essentially my dream character. Considering someone made a character who captains a Star Destroyer and thousands of troops, tanks and fighters within, ableit in a super-high point game, I think this would not be too hard in the PnP version with a good Game Master and some basic knowledge. I actually am considering starting it myself ...... As another example, I read of someone who made a villian named Octagon (Something like that.) with a 20D6 (Something like that, again. I know it was a 20, and a killing hit. In Champions, thats REALLY FREAKING STRONG!) He couldn't hit the broadside of a barn if something moved, but he could blow a skyscraper to pieces just to intimidate heroes.

It would be very fun playing this in the PnP if I start it OR online. CRASH! "WOOT! We finally killed him! *Hydraulic sounds come from the ship* Oh ***T! WALKER! *Smashing noises and various sizzling sounds come as more heroes get squished."

And so on, getting weaker and weaker if not outright killed. And even if you "kill" his little brain, he just teleports to his own almost impossible-to-access dimension, grows a new body and manipulates energy and matter to repair his stuff. While a black hole of particle-annihilating, psionic-lighting throwing void of pure death rips apart the battlefield. Hilarity ensues in both victory and loss. It's brilliant, I tell you. BRILLIANT! My favorite part is that he is completely and utterly cookoo. He's crazy, he's deadly. He blows stuff up for energy. It's a character with a potential for a lot of, well... Character. Just like my favorite race of clap-trap, foot-slogging green aliens, DA ORKS!

Quick question,what makes his dimensional pocket so inaccessible?

Considering that one moment you could be a big, nasty, RPG-armed merc one minute, and suddenly think you are a disco-dancing bird the next, I'd have to say, "Yes, they are"

Edit: Sorry, didn't see that. The dimensional "wall" is, for lack of a better word, "thick". The energies are difficult to pierce through, and while the singularity causes the dimension to open up, it requires much psychic precision to actually move anything through it. Or sheer mental brute force, in Cerubulos's case. In other words, one has to create a portal into the dimension, potentially just as destructive as the one that Cerubulos rips open, and then find some way to move things through it. Without dying a horrible, lightning-frying, particle-destroying death. So unless you have demi-god esque mental abilities, both precise or blunt, or technology that can achieve such feats. Not easy to get to. On top of all this, it's his realm, and all his powers are magnified to god-like levels.

What kind of Theory/Fiction are you using regarding this pocket and movement between dimensions?
For example,why couldn't I just open a gate like that in say... Sliders?

Personally I'm thinking of opening setting up a remote base in some corner of the galaxy and sending in some big booms,you know to screw him up/flush him out.

EDIT:just thought of a bastardly thing to do to this guy,launch special warheads(or whatever they would be)into his pocket dimension and suck up most forms of energy,ejecting them into different dimensions forcing him to go get it back,or find a new dimension to rest in.

Hehehe. Sci-Fi crapola theory, that's the theory I 'm using

But, if I were to come up with a plausible theory, perhaps a giant psychic storm around a group of small moons and asteroids so strong that little can penetrate, off in the edge of the very universe itself, essentially completely innaccsessible by space-faring travel due to this storm, let alone the fact that it is so far from, well, EVERYTHING, and imposible to fire into, neutralising all attempts at bombardment. In other words, without opening a proper portal into this storm, you die. In other words, the only way in is teleportation. Which is neutralised by the storm. So, also in other words, you need a special portal of the same chaotic, destructive properties of the storm itself, and therefore his psychic "calibration", then control it. Big nasty warheads could be sent THROUGH this portal, but then there is the problem that the storm is now spreading throughout the galaxy, as are ambient forms of Particle-Annihilation energy. End of existance, in essence. Ragnarok. End of times. Not good. A good chunk of galaxy becomes part of his dimension. Now that I think of it, this functions much like Subspace in The Subspace Emissary. Sub-conscious memory, perhaps?

To summarise my walls of text, the storm of destructive energy in that corner of the galaxy is the gateway into his dimension, yet at the same time, is the dimension, but inside ours. The singularity of this energy is essentially a small fragment, and if one could contain this energy and stabilise it, it would make a viable portal. But then again, you'd have to send potentially millions of troops and hundreds of supers to track down and capture him (He can't die, remember?) and throw him into stronghold in a hot sleep (Cryo-genics, sortave. They keep you in a form of coma). In essence, he is nearly unstoppable, because he is god-like in his dimension because it is made of nothing but pure destructive energy that he uses and creates, endless power, really.

This fat friend of the kitchen has some mighty recipes(powers) that he has developed over the years(as well as rip off from other sources).One day he had his restaurant robbed,and during the thieves' escape he caused irreparable damage do the chef's kitchen.So now he travels about,making his most powerful contraptions(food) on the fly to thwart evil wherever it may arise!
