If you go to Fallout 3 official page (http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/home/home.php) you'll find out on the news that they released a development kit-like stuff called G.E.C.K. (Ironic,eh?)

Thought I would warn you guys 'bout this

Can't wait to get Fallout 3 so I can try this out! I imagine its almost identical to Oblivion's Construction set, so I should be able to jump right in.

It is pretty damn fun.

I didn't really saw any mods made with G.E.C.K yet. (Searched some on No Mutants Allowed,i think i saw a post talking 'bout making a model for Fallout 3 with G.E.C.K.)

WOOOT! Just got Fallout 3 and It has to be my favourite production by Bethesda yet! Yes... Even beats morrowind... WOOHOO

Beat Fallout 3 a couple days ago. Truly a wonderful game and i will defiantly be venturing into the wastes again in no time... specially after March once those extra content comes out

So basically its a construction set just as Oblivion and morrowind had.

Bethesda are still using the Oblivion engine with some little improvements (Less blur,Gore effects,etc)

well I have to say it looks a good deal better than Oblivion did! ANd my Pc can run it alot more smoothly

I wish someone made a weapon with the G.E.C.K tool already...
