Ah, o'l 2K4, never play it these days, and only ever play it with BW of course..

Too Busy for many old games.. 2K4 is quite old given current Game standards, how quickly they change..

I play mostly KF 1.0 and UT:XMP. My rig doesn't have it,s latesst motherboard drivers so some the games that normally play fine on even a few older comps don't work on mine very well.

Update the drivers then.

Not me, and I don't even play PC games right now (only 360 or DS).

That's kinda the problem, I can't, I'm using internet on a windows mobile device so I don't have a direct internet connection to my pc and I don't know the model/make of the motherboard until I get off my butt and take the computer apart just to see the model and make.

It isn't 1986, you can use software, like Everest or Aida32, to see a detailed overview of what your system is made of.

Tried both programs, neither of them got my motherboard's name, guess I gotta take it apart, just have to take the case off and look.

Well, in that case your mobo drivers are something more than just outdated.

Just ran another all-night LAN where we played UT2004. Gametype was Jailbreak using Ballistic Loadout - and it was, as always, a huge blast. From one guy whoring the railgun, another abusing the G5 as a melee weapon, another spamming mines, pinning people behind cover with the machineguns, and going berserk with assorted akimbo weapons, it was one hell of an epic night.

Here's another round of thanks for a great mod! Glad I had a chance to be a tiny part of it's development.

I only play Ut2K4 & UT3. Other games just don't interest me, especially console games. If you're into straightforward, zero-time-to-spectacle arena combat and modding, there really aren't that many alternatives out there, afaik.

Nah. It's definately better than ut2004 for your average gamer. ut3 v 1.0 may have been a little shoddy, but 2.1 is not.

If you're talking about unmodded UT, you're definitely right there, but who leaves any UT unmodded...?
