ok i kind of found out how to texture...... (im getting there)

i made a pretty good uzi model, all it needs is a slide and a chamber (then some minor details and modifications)

i've been wondering lately why are all my pics so low res looking? i guess the answer is because they are just renders.........

well i added the slide, all i need now is maybe a sight at the top and some minor stuff. after i am completely finished with this model im going to move onto texturing it then animating.........

heres a update on stuff

well i started making an ak47 model some days ago and after i got the stock done and some of the gun i decided to scrap that idea. so from what i had got done so far i decided to create my own gun, its not unrealistic or any thing. besides some minor detail all it needs is a chamber and a cocker.
its turning out pretty nice so far, much bettter than my "scoped smg"

. im getting better at this day by day, dont know how much but i can feel it when i start a new model.

well any ways i nicknamed the gun "notAK" cuz it was and now its not a ak47

(note* its not done yet)

besides that gun model ^ i've been working on smaller projects. one of them is called "the wrist blade" if you played U4E (ut2004/ut99/ut2003 mod) you will know it as the reaper. basicly you throw this sharp metal disk at your opponents trying to dismember them (head shots are welcome). i've already modeled it, now just gotta do every thing else.....

also i started a shot gun model but plan to finish the notAK model first.......

Animation....
well i actually animated my uzi(i gave it a black texture for those who are wondering), i made a recoil simulation. im really just messin around with animation right now, like i said im trying to get weapon and object models out before i start texturing, animating, coding, ect.

i'll post pics of my other new stuff later.......

im just gonna state the goal of the game again. basicly its team/deathmatch, you can use any thing you find as a weapon. im planning it to be semi/realistic, it will be wacky but real at the same time. people vs gangsters vs special ops, each will start with certain items (based on which class they spawn under) and can pick more up as they go.

yeah im getting ahead of my self !lol

any ways i made the stock a better shape on the assualt rifle type gun i mentioned above and i got around to the trigger.......

that models about done now all it needs is it textured and stuff

now to start the shotty.......

Make the skin black-ish, or at least with dark colors. Guns look badass that way, especially in games with purdy lighting.

Just make it look powerful, thats all you need, oh and making it cool would help as well. Maybe silver, silver is a cool color, or chrome like Redshifts guns.

well the assualt rifle model posted above is basicly done (the model not texturing or any thing else).

i think im gonna try to get some progress done on the shotty i started, so far all i've done is the stock
