RS does not, and can not, charge for the code/models etc. That would be in violation of the licences.
What happens is you "sponsor" a weapon, by paying for the time and effort to make/code/draw etc. a weapon to your specifications. The weapon will be released to the public, to ensure no violation of license occurs. It is the same as hiring a programmer to do any work for you, except the end result gets released to the public for free download, thus you actualy "sponsor" the time/work for the guys to make the weapon for all to have

It is a way of enabling the devs to try and keep up to date with hardware/software to keep on releasing these brilliant mods.

Palpay not accepted in South Africa, to recieve payments.
You can use Paypal in S.A. to send payments (i.e. buy things), works well, but we can not accept payments through Paypal. Something to do with all the damn banking regulations...


e-gold, is actualy very nice, and easy to use.

Direct wire transfers are a bit of a problem, because the banks your end charge you for it, so to send e.g. US$40, they would probably charge you around US$15-30...then the banks our side also charge us to recieve the wire transfer (so called admin fee), so by the time that 40 dollars gets to use, it is not very much, and you would have paid a lot more

Actually, I would only be charged $10 ($9.99 actually) to send you guys $100 through money grams. Unsure of Admin fee, but if its not a lot I'd gladly pay more to compensate or something, but I will look some more into eGold.

Yes, if you have online banking, e-gold is an excellent option. Cheap, discreet, and relatively easy to set up.



Actually, I'm pretty sure Cyberax wouldn't have to pay anything. Whatever transfer fees there are (probably just the $9.99) are paid by the sender, not the recipient. Same with Western Union etc. So cost isn't really an issue here, at least not for the devs. If there's a Standard Bank or Rennies Bank near where Cyberax lives / works, there shouldn't be a problem at all.
