True, i think of it like this.....
The gameplay is nothing new, its all been done before. It's just that they might have made it better than it was in UT2004, just a better approach is all. I really don't think games like Halo3 and UT3 are the best games ever.... no way in hell.

Back on topic though....
Just as long as BW2004 isn't left in the dark for a while, I am happy. Maybe the UT3 version will work on my PS3 any ways(if they port it to UT3...), or maybe i'll buy it for computer(who knows).

Sorry for going of topic again but I just have to say this after someone practically said: "I dont care if its a demo, its ruined! RUINED! Because final releases always look like their pre-alpha builds!"

Did you guys know that the UT3 demo was built for community feedback purposes? Not showcasing the game...hmm?

All the gameplay complaints have a very high chance of being addressed since thats why Epic released the demo in the first place: to hear people whine about the broken flak cannon, overpowered Manta and slower gameplay and then do something about it before release. If you think nothing will change from the demo, you have ignored the real reason why the demo exists.

Anyway Im sure thats enough talk about UT3, we all know BW has a chance of appearing on other game engines also. The Crytek (spelling?) engine is rumoured to be a candidate for the next installment of BW and the archon universe. (Although I stress that was just a rumour and I cant remember who said it)

Theres no telling what other good FPS titles RS may have their eyes on also but im guessing they might want one that has more support for a tactical shooter.

Just to divert the direction this discussion is heading I ask this:
Who thinks BW might appear on another game althogether and what might it be? I would love to speculate that.

So any ways, it seemed like they were giving the idea that this was the last ut2004 release. I know its not because they wouldn't end it so abruptly and drop UT2004 for an undecided game engine(for the nextgen BW). There is more to come, but i dont know how much.....

Because BW 2.1 added some new features there is bound to be some issues to discover. These are likely to be fixed in yet another patch for UT2004

So its probable there will still be more UT2004 versions of BW to come.
