I think this Florida Bar thing might affect the decision whether or not to disbar Jack or not. But he probably wouldn't listen. Always wants to be king of the sandbox.

Anyway, I haven't played Chronicles of Riddick before, although I've seen the boxes way too many times to pass on it. I'm surprised Jack didn't go all goo goo on that game. I'm surprised he didn't go goo goo against all games in the universe.

This makes me sorta base something off a thing I heard in Fight Club.

It seems Jacky-boy has only seen those players, who stand in live for 30 hours waiting for a game to be released, rather than waiting a month for the price to drop a few and get the game without a fuss, like most normal people do.
Also he seems to take those people who have mental problems and are off their prozac, ridalin and xanax as the majority of people playing virtual games (note I said virtual, not only computer).

Bioshock is a game about choice, i guess he thinks that the power of choice to hurt people is too much of a temptation to pass, well guess what, i saved the little sisters (though i was temped to rip their hearts out after me and Mr. Bubbles had a bar fight) and i don't regret it.

Dear Jack, please, acquire a good game, I'm suggesting Deus Ex here, (i love the game to pits and so far, no other game can top it) and play it. Try to use different gameplay techniques. For contrast, get a game like UT3, or Frontlines: Fuel of War (fairly good game, gives an insight into what the world is heading into) or even CoD4 or even STALKER, and just play, or watch someone SANE play. It will not be a life changing experience, it takes time, play an hour or two, take a break, go to work, do something constructive, the next day, boot the game up and play another few hours and so on, you will see what draws Us to this past-time.

The only choice in the entire game you get to make, is harvest or save the little sisters. The rest is a path that you are forced to follow.

The story is about choice,the game doesn't give you many choices plot-wise,it just dangles the concept of choice in your face.

Well, by choice you can create your plasmids to evade killing directly, or going for Death incarnate.

Either way, it seems Jack sees Bioshock for the most notable thing a non-knowledgeable person about comp games sees in Bioshock, the chance to hurt little girls, and they take that cause, well, they are represented in the trailer, thus they are in the game.

Just yet another example that Jack has never played the game he goes up against.

Actually, toss in a computer and a few copies of games that he sued but never seen. Then challenge him to a 1v1 match on any game and shame him. To further increase the effect, you get a few spectators to watch Jack lose, lose, lose. That's what you call evil. It will drive Thompson insane in five minutes.

The former question can be answered with common sense: Suing video games does no good seeing how they are both unable to defend themselves in court and haven't done anything wrong.

Although suing publishers and developers is valid, there needs to be a good reason, and to this day Jack has never presented one.
