Just turn off your firewall then download it then put it back up again. |

Yes it does, if turning off the firewall doesn't work, then the firewall ain't the reason the RAR file is blocked. |

I meant any RAR file, not this particular one. If your firewall is set to block files with the RAR extension, can't you just...you know...configure it? |

i have a fire wall and nothing stops me from downloading rar's, zips, ect. |
