Sorry bout the month-long go-away. My CPU got fried and I'm postin this from my mom's LT comp. I miss anything? Oh by the way. My new computer is coming. $700 Tiger Direct: Dual Core 3.8 Ghz processor speed, 250 GB HD space, 1 Gig Memory, DVD Burner/Player, and an ATI Radeon X600 Video Card with 256MB on the card. Ok, huh? It'll be in sometime next week most likely. Till then, this'll be one of my only posts. Nice to be back guys.

There we go lol. Fixed.

Well, that computer is ok, but you can comfort with the thought that it is quite a bit faster than James' new system. :)

You haven't missed too much, just read through the topics and see for yourself.

Sorry, I've got no humor for macs. Not because I don't like them, but because I'm a gamer. Mac is NOT an ideal platorm for gaming.

Well, before they can get competitive with Windows, developers will need to create Mac OS X binaries for their games, and who the hell would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars making Mac support when there are less Mac users on the planet than people infected with RP?

I saw them. As soon as I get new computer (Friday) and everything USB'd from old HD to new external one, I will download everything I missed.
On another note, is everything gonna be scrambled about on everywhere when it gets moved? We're getting different type of XP, Media Edition. Or will everything be just the way it was. I didn't know if already installed things could be moved and still be installed.

HOLY ****! You told me to check out dual wield and I wasn't expecting a mix and match style dual wield. Nice! The Flamer looks ownage material too!

Yay! My new comp came in yesterday...I'm using it right now...but my mom's gotta USB transfew everything from...Old HD -> Ext. HD -> New HD. 440MB per second transfer rate though. Will not take long. Damn I'm excited to see the map pack and stuffs.

On another note...James, do people still play KF 2.0? I gotta show a buddy that lol.

How do you get 440 Mbs per second transfer rate through an USB? Are you sure you aren't talking about Serial ATA or SATA2?

You get 480 a sec with USB 2.0..and thats Burst speed.

Maybe you need to update your system every now and then (drivers) and make sure you have a 7200 rpm External Drive.

I don't think I need to update anything to increase the bus speed of the USB, unless my motherboard drivers are badly configured.
And I have a 7200 RPM ext. drive, I always have it plugged in but turn it off when I'm not using it. :)

Sounds like your BIOS is not configured for Hi-Speed.

Full Speed = 12mb /sec Hi-Speed =480 mb / sec
