Well, from what my mom says (I've screwed our other comps too many times before, so I doubt they'd want me to do this) the transfer thing isn't working. She says she hooks it up and stuff, but nothing shows up in the USB Drive thing (My Computer/Removable Disk G, H, I, or J.) I'm pretty sure she's doing something wrong, but idk what. Doesn't seem like she tried for very long. She said, "Maybe the old HD just is broken." I thought, "How could the HD AND the CPU get fried at the same exact time? A new HD getting fried in like 5 months isn't right." Hmmmm, I think I might have to dl everything all over again...sucks. |

Have you tried another computer's USB port to see if they can read the HDD? |

No, but we think we know what the problem is...I forgot what that might be, but we'll figure it out. |
