And don't forget to keep your priorities straight. Server maintenance comes BEFORE honeymoon.

Well, the website only got it's total revamp, with forums etc. 1st Jan this year.
FYI, the 24th is not the exact date, the exact date is somewhere around early September, but 24th is when the guys say everything hit the net :)

Well...it was on the go long before then...but that's around when things went big :)

Early January, but the mod is quite a bit older, goes back to mid-September afaik. It was first released for UT2003!

Yeah, they could even have not released UT2003 and worked on it further and come up with UT2004 without the 2003 version as a prequel.

UT2003 was a good game, don't get me wrong, UT2004 is just better.

yeah, the mod was very quickly changed to UT2k4. I think it was V1.0 that was released for UT2k3.

mod is year old, forums only 9 months :) the orginal site was done by the guys as well, but I convinced them to use a proper CMS, to ease the use of the site (helped to convince them when the site was hacked twice!) as well as add features. More features comming to the site over the weekend as well, just BTW :) (like a progress list, wiki etc.)

Actually, now that I think about it...the orginal site was up longer before V1.0 ... but anyway, the 24th has been designicated birthday, so that's when it will be :)

10 September 2005 was when the first BW v1.0 for UT2003 came out and was released public.. we had 200 downloads from our site, and general complaint was it wasnt on 2k4.. we got it, and Releaded BW v1.0 for UT2004 on 24th September 2005.. thats it :)

we didnt have the friggin thing! thought it was completely different, not like a large bonus pack..

we had to buy the game for R400 and a DVD drive for another R400.. took about a week for DC to convert, then presto!

oh thank god, i've been wondering when something like a progress list would show up. Maybe have a list on what things are being considered for the mod, you could have the percentage of how likly it will be put into the mod.

Yes, that's pretty much how it will be :)

I want a place where all these ideas floating around these forums can also go. Then the devs can rate the possibility of them going in. BUT we will still throw in some suprizes along the way with their own ideas :)
