Ok, I've had my rant of the week about crime, so now I'll post some pics of africa for all you guys :)

Umfolozi Game Reserve. Was taken next to the main road within the game reserve, late afternoon.

Highest pub in Africa (Official) (+/- 2860m above sea level)

Taken in Lesotho. This picture actually overlooks in to South Africa. And Yes that is the road up you see to the right of the picture. Sad but it's not going to look like this, as they are about to start tarring the road. It is currently a 4x4 only trail.

Yup :)

Yeah, it is rather thin up there. I suffer from Asthma, but it didn't actually worry me up there.
On that trip we went as high as 2980m on one pass through mountains and 3240m on another pass.
The second highest point in africa, is around the 3400m mark.

Some of those highest vegetated dunes in the world. On the other side of them is the sea.
The lake is a fresh water lake, average depth 2m, full of crocodiles and hippos.

Damn, I have always been a sucker for beautiful sky, the last picture...just wow.
Iceland has fantastic sky too, but the picture beats everything I have seen. :)

That place has a very special place in my heart :)

BTW, all pics taken by ME ! so are authentic. I am fortunate to travel around the eastern side of south africa a fair bit :)

but definetly worth going to.. the more secluded, the better :)
