I say the best models for UT2k4 have to be klasnic skins (check the BeyondUnreal fourms under skincity under Work in Progress) and the HaloUT models.

D get rid of that link, those are the oldest versions of HaloUT's models, here's their thread on the Epic fourms, Buffy compiled a file that has everything of HaloUT in it (since it was confusing to some to install it, so here's the link to it http://files.filefront.com/HaloUT_Allfi ... einfo.html Thats the best, beside Klasnic and Slaughters skins.
