Ok so i know postal 2 is a very controversial game and I have nothing against homosexuals but the store title suited its location, So im sorry if these pictures offend anyone

If anyone is offended, just leave this thread instead of causing a messy flamewar.

So you made that yourself? Looking past the horrific graphics and lighting effects (or lack of them), the layout ain't bad.

I had the graphics on low because i was using fraps the same day. I didn't add independent lighting because i used a Zone info to make the lights.

I see, maybe you should try to make the lighting better and use higher settings and then show us. That would have made better first impression. :)

Fraps shouldn't be causing you to lower your graphics at all.

Not when it is idle, but doing a video capture with a non-dualcore or a slow processor can plain zero-fy your framerate. That depends a lot on what engine a game uses though, Source is one of the worst engines to do this on while JupiterEx can stay at max settings and do a video capture at the same time with barely any framerate loss if you got a CPU up fpr the job.

isnt this where dule core comes in...?

Dualcore helps, that's for sure, but I don't know how much of a benefit the other core gives.

well i forgot that my friend who used it had dual core, which makes sense.

I don't have a dual core as far as I know. And i always have to turn down the graphics to low on any games using the unreal engine like ut04 or postal 2

I can capture video in Fear with maximum settings and I don't see any lag at all. It looks fekking amazing, even after compressing with DivX 6.
